NOVI, Michigan—Aug. 28, 2008 — Lee & Associates of Michigan, a full-service commercial real estate company, announces the sale of 78,000 square feet of land at 5505 South Old US-23 in Brighton, Mich.
The property, sold by Brighton River LLC, was purchased by Agree Brighton LLC, a preferred developer to Walgreens. The developer is scheduled to build and lease a new store for the pharmacy at this location.
Barry Landau, Principal represented the buyer in this transaction. Dave Prueter, Senior Vice President with Agree Brighton LLC, facilitated the purchase for his firm.
