NOVI, Michigan—Sept. 24, 2008 — Lee & Associates of Michigan, a full-service commercial real estate company, announces the promotions of Trina M. Bush from Business Operations Manager to Chief Financial Officer, Kelly L. Savoy, Principal from Director of Client Services to Chief Operating Officer and Kristian Mons Price from Director of Marketing to Chief Marketing Officer.

Savoy, CCIM, SIOR, President, Lee & Associates of Michigan.  “The expansion of their positions will enable our office to be even more efficient and productive in the future.”
Trina M. Bush joined Lee & Associates of Michigan in 2007 as the Business Operations Manager.  With over 18 years of experience in accounting and management, she previously served for four years as Financial Analyst at Detroit Diesel Corporation, responsible for financial reporting and plant controlling/reporting.  Additionally, she served for four years as an accountant at Accountants Plus, Inc. in Clinton Township, four years as a controller for W.C. DuComb in Detroit and as Accounting Manager at Grubb & Ellis Company in Southfield.  Bush holds an Associate Degree in Accounting from the Detroit College of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Davenport University.
Kelly L. Savoy, Principal joined Lee & Associates of Michigan in 2006 as the Director of Client Services, achieving Principal status in 2008.  Earning her real estate license in 1998, she is a thirteen-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry.  Previously, Savoy worked for over 10 years in Grubb & Ellis Company’s Southfield, Mich. office.  Throughout her tenure, she earned numerous awards locally and nationally including Employee of the Year, which she was awarded four times.
Kristian Mons Price joined Lee & Associates of Michigan in 2006 as the Director of Marketing.  With over six years of experience in commercial real estate, she formerly served as the Marketing Manager for Grubb & Ellis Company’s Southfield, Michigan office.  Previously, she worked in TV Guide’s Los Angeles advertising office.  Since joining Lee & Associates, Price has contributed complete advertising conceptual implementation and design to the company’s national advertising campaign and has provided fulfillment for several complete books and catalogs including: Your Lee & Associates Advantage, a national training and customer service management system written by Jon G. Savoy, CCIM, SIOR and Your Lee & Associates Opportunity, a proprietary Lee & Associates system.
