After graduating from Michigan State University in 1992, Mark moved to Southeastern Michigan. Since then, Mark has been very active in the commercial estate market. Mark's focus has been on industrial projects in Southwest Oakland and Livingston Counties. His commitment to add significant value and comprehend the important aspects of every project has fostered customer loyalty and respect of the community officials in his market. Repeat customers have historically accounted for about 70% of the business completed by Mark.

Prior to entering the field of commercial real estate, Mark worked briefly in residential real estate and spent a few years with Fidelity National Title Company. In 1995, Mark joined Schonsheck, Inc. as the Director of Project Development. During that time, Mark coordinated over one hundred build-to-suit projects. This process included contract negotiations, land assemblages, easement negotiations, municipal approvals, and construction management services. Mark is known throughout the industry for his knowledge in all facets of the commercial real estate business, from "A to Z".

Mark is currently on the Construction Board of Appeals in Wixom and lives in Milford with his wife Becki and four children.
