Joe specializes in industrial and vacant land brokerage in southwest Oakland County. His primary focus is representing property owners in the sale and/or lease of their buildings and land.

Joe has over 19 years of commercial and industrial real estate brokerage experience. In 1989, upon graduation from the Wayne State University Law School, Joe began his commercial real estate career at Schostak Brothers and Company, Inc.  Subsequent to that he worked at Grubb & Ellis Company, Inc., where he refined his market and brokerage skills before establishing Pellerito Properties, Inc. in 1994.  Joe operated Pellerito Properties, Inc. from 1994 to 2005, before accepting the position at Lee & Associates of Michigan.

Over the past 19 years, Joe has used his legal and real estate market knowledge to specialize in the representation of tenants, buyers and owners of office, high-tech and industrial space. He has always dedicated full time effort to each real estate assignment he has undertaken, which has resulted in over two hundred fifty closed transactions on behalf of his clients. It is the combination of this experience with a genuine care for his clients that has allowed Joe to serve them so well.
