As a Sales Associate in Lee & Associates’ Industrial Division, Nick specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial facilities in the Sterling Heights Market.  His coursework in financial analysis and markets as well as investment management and business economics provide Nick with the financial knowledge base required to assist his clients in making financially sound commercial real estate decisions.

Previously, Nick performed residential maintenance for Murphy Maintenance & Repair in St. Clair Shores.  His diverse responsibilities included managing services for single and multi-unit residential buildings, interfacing with business owners and recommending property upgrades to increase appeal and revenue.  Additionally, he served for over six years as a Postal Carrier for the United States Postal Service, where he received recognition for exemplary performance.
